* Monthly packages are good from the 1st to the last day of the month with NO ROLL OVER!

* All packages require PAYMENT IN FULL at the time of purchase.

 

*To receive your monthly package rate, all payments must be received no later than your first service date     of the month.  Failure to make payment, will result in the regular hourly rate being applied.  ($45.00/hour)

* Any hours outside your package limit will be charged at the regular hourly rate.  ($45.00/hour)

 

*Any hours over the 16 hours package will be charged at the regular hourly rate of $45.00/hour.

 

*One monthly discount package per household per month.  

*Multiple services may be used per package.
